You've been planning your wedding for months (maybe years?) and your bridesmaids have been supporting you, encouraging you, and lending a listening ear while you complain about your vendors, mother-in-law's opinions, and fiance's choice of bachelor party location. All the while, they've been dishing out the benjamins to pay for the bridesmaid dress that they'll never, ever wear again, shower gifts, trip to Miami/Vegas/Nashville for your bachelorette party, and train/plane ticket and hotel room for the actual wedding. If you give your bridesmaids robes, be kind enough to pay for an ENTIRE robe for each of them. Hem length is not a place to save money. And, no one wants their beHIND hanging out while your photographer takes 3,500 dollars worth of pictures.
We receive many last-minute frantic requests from brides who have tried to save money by buying their bridesmaids robes from the less expensive (Chinese/Indian) shop off of Etsy. And, when the robes arrived they realized their mistake.
Be kind to your bridesmaids. Give them a gift that you would want.
