A few months ago we participated in The Big Fake Wedding in Charleston. If you didn't see that episode of the Today Show, here's the deal - "The Big Fake Wedding® is a bridal show alternative complete with an emotional vow renewal ceremony, light bites and a dance-party reception. "Wedding guests" are brides- and grooms-to-be who get to truly experience the wedding vendors in action." So, while the bride and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done before the ceremony, they wore ChezBlanc!
Anyways, we really wanted to offer a special holiday color this year as part of our satin robe collection because we have so many Christmas brides. We decided on a rich berry-colored satin. The berry photographs gorgeously and pairs so well with the softness of the champagne-colored robe, which has been our holiday go-to in the past.
Because preparing for an event isn't hectic enough, we decided to lay on the pressure and force ourselves to finish the ChezBlanc Romper during the week of The Big Fake Wedding as well. I'm so glad we pulled it together because it looked so beautiful in ivory next to the berry satin robe.
The Big Fake Wedding was the perfect opportunity to showcase the new berry-colored satin robe and romper. Below are photos from the event by Nicole Huffiman and Christina Pugh Photography. Both photographers did such an incredible job capturing the fun day! All of our robes and rompers are available in sizes small to extra large.
After the wedding, the guests we invited to visit the vendor booths. We worked for months on our booth and loved the way it turned out! They ended up moving vendor tables to the other side of the room because we took up so much space. #notsorry
